How do you complete jobs so quickly?

While other dealers depend on third party fabricators, we operate our own window shade fabrication shop in Nashville and we carry stock of everything we offer. As soon as your quote is confirmed, the order is sent to our local factory and is ready for installation in a few days.

By early 2026, we aim to launch our mobile fabrication model. We will stock materials on custom-built trucks equipped with proprietary finishing machines, allowing us to measure, cut, assemble, and install your shades on-site—often the same day as your design consultation!

Are you more expensive than other local installers?

Surprisingly, no. Even though we use premium materials, cutting-edge technology, and deliver the fastest turnaround in the industry, our prices remain highly competitive. That’s because we don’t outsource to third-party fabricators like other dealers—we own our production facility locally. By cutting out the middleman, we’re able to offer top-tier custom shades at a better price point.

What types of treatments are available?

We offer roller shades in a designer-curated selection of 78 fabrics. They various textures and colors feature light filtering, solar, and blackout options. We have designed our own custom brackets for modern open roll installations and carry components for traditional fascia systems.

For controls, we offer it all. From manual chain and spring pull operations, to remote motorization, advanced smart home integrations, and solar panel charging features, we have options for every situation.

Is there an app for motorized shades?

Yes. The Pro Hub can connect to any existing smart home system and there is a standalone app available.

Do you charge for consultations?

No. Consultations and measurements are always free!

Do you charge for the installation?

No. Installation and labor are always included!

Is there a project minimum?

Yes. Our minimum project cost is $2,000.

Do you remove old window treatments?

Yes, we offer removal and disposal of old treatments for a modest additional fee based on the type.

Is there a trade program available?

Yes. Trade professionals can access discounts, tax exemptions, sample kits, and dedicated support—just ask your rep!

Do you do commercial installations?

Yes, we proudly serve both residential and commercial clients. While many commercial projects can still move quickly, larger-scale jobs may require additional time due to their size, building requirements, or regulatory considerations—but our turnaround is still far faster than industry norms.

What kind of warranty do you offer?

We pass through the full manufacturer’s warranty on all components and back our product quality with a limited warranty. If a defect is confirmed, we’ll replace the product for free.
